Trip Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival Doha – City Tour (L)
Afternoon
arrival at Hamad International Airport. Transfer to restaurant for Lunch.
Culture and recreation come together at Katara with its mosques, theatres,
galleries and performance venues, wide choice of dining options and
well-maintained beach. Besides, a unique shopping experience is waiting for you
now at the iconic French department store Galeries Lafayette, a high-end
Shopping, Hospitality (Café Pouchkine, Wahj, Alain Ducasse chocolate atelier)
and Beauty International Services (Urban Retreat, Christian Louboutin Nail Bar,
Tom Ford the Barber and Sisley treatment rooms). Transfer to hotel.
Day 2 Doha (B/L)
Breakfast
at hotel. We head to the Education City and start our visit at “The Miraculous
Journey”, the Giant Status at Cedra Hospital, an artistic configuration of our
journey before we are born, by Damien Hirst. Pass by Qatar Convention Center
boasting an iconic design and proceed to Qatar National Library for a General
& Heritage Library Tour. The 45000 m2 building was designed by the renowned
Dutch architect Rem Koolhas, it is an interactive library that meets today’s
technology. The Library’s highlight is the Heritage Library that is designed to
resemble to an archaeological site, reflecting its mission to preserve the
heritage and history of Qatar and the region; our oldest map is the Ptolemy map
entitles “SextaAsiae Tabula”, printed in Rome in 1478 and this is the first map
to mention Qatar printed in Latin as Catara. Continue to visit Mathaf: The Arab
Museum of Modern Art, that houses a unique world-class collection of modern and
contemporary art from the Arab world and its cultural and historical
connections. Transfer to restaurant for Lunch. Back to hotel.
Day 3 Football Match (B)
Breakfast
at hotel and day free at leisure. Pick up at hotel, transfer to stadium for
watching Football Match* – FIFA World Cup 2022 *(Group Match, Round of 16
Match, Quarter-Final Match)
Approx. Kick off 13:00 | 16:00 | 19:00 | 22:00 Back to hotel for overnight.
